Die ersten 4 Tage des neuen Spirit of Light Trainings sind vorüber und ich bin glücklich und erfüllt. Wir hatten so eine tiefe und tolle Zeit. Es gab so viele Momente and die man sich erinnern sollte.

Momente tiefer Verbindung
Momente der Intimität
Momente der Freude
Momente des Glücks
Momente der Meditation
Momente des Ausruhens
Es gab Momente des Übens
Momente der Glückseligkeit
Momente des Gebens
und des einander Genießens.
Ja, es gibt so viele Momente an die es sich zu erinnern lohnt und ich liebe sie alle! Was ein tolles Wochenende wir hatten und ich bin so dankbar und glücklich, daß wir uns bald wiedersehen wenn alles nach Plan geht.

The first 4 days of the new Spirit of Light Training left me happy and fulfilled. We had such a deep and delightful time. There were so many moments that are to be remembered.
Moments of healing
moments of care
moments of deep connection
moments of intimacy
moments of joy
moments of happiness
moments of meditation
moments of rest.
There were moments of practicing
moments of bliss
moments of giving
and enjoying each other.
Yes, there were so many moments to be remembered and I loved them all! What a wonderful weekend we all had and I am so grateful and happy to know that if all goes to plan I will be seeing everyone again soon.

After a wonderful time in Germany with the magic of all the trainings and workshops I traveled with my husband to Germany to experience the magic of the crop circles and the old druid places. And after receiving the blessings of my work in Germany I was blessed again. First we spent a week in Wiltshire and I would like to share some of my experiences with you.
We spent our first day in Avebury and experienced the energy and magic of a very old culture.
I was taken by the power and strength of the old circles in Avebury.
Stonehenge had a deep and strong power as well, but unfortunately it isn’t very accessable for tourists anymore.
And in this case we were tourists. Still it felt important to visit this place, to feel it and see it.
This day also brought our first crop circle and this is how the true magic began for my journey to Wiltshire. The first crop circle reminded me of the energy of Angels and divine dimensions.
and I bathed in that energy.
We all enjoyed it and filled ourselves up
Our first crop circle was a miracle!
Even for people who don’t believe in these kind of miracle it was apparent that these circles are not just made by human beings. They always appear after a night and are absolutely precise and perfect. No crop is destroyed, just bent.
Hmmm, it was magic and I felt blessed and given to. I still feel like that and the blessings keep on coming.
Our second crop circle appeared the next night and we were obviously the first people who stepped into it. It had a very different energy, not as easy to hold, more masculine and nearly mathmathical. Again it was impossible to explain and just unbelievable.
Amazing, isn’t it?!
The next day we went to an older circle. It was a bit harder to feel through the energy of everyone who had visited this site to get to the essence of the circle. But it was still amazing.

After this circle I was allowed to have the most beautiful experience in a circle that was there the day before and got completed over night.
This circle was for me a circle of the goddess. I had so many visions and energetic imprints running through me. It was as though I was given 5 new archetypes of the feminine. My whole system was vibrating in new dimensions and I laughed and cried at the same time.
I am so grateful for this experience.
I needed some time for integration and so we visited some old holy places. First of all we went to Kennet Long Barrow, and old burrial ground that had a sound for me, a deep humming. The most amazing thing was that you could see and feel Salisbury from here.
I could have stayed her forever.
Again I felt the depth of the Magic!
And then we went to our last crop circle.This one was soft and it felt like it was completing everything.
This circle was close to one of the beautiful white Horses from England. Isn’t it beautiful?!
With this experience my crop circle journey was complete. Now I wanted to visit some more old important places. And so we went to the White Dragon AKA Horse of Uffington. The sun was shining as we went up the hill and looked over the dragon hill into the valley.
Later we went along the Ridgeway past the Uffington Caslte to Wayland Smithy, a gorgeous old neolithic burrial ground that is surrounded by tall birch trees.
For all of us this was a beautiful ending.
We all enjoyed the magic of this place together.
Yes, the experiences in Wiltshire were magic, touched and transformed me.
I am looking forward to my next training and my work. I feel that the change in me also changes my work and will make it deeper and wider.

My time in Germany this year ends with the Spirit of Light Training Part 2 
The new part of the Spirit of Light family is ready to bring the clearing work into the world. 
Everyone found their own way of doing clearings
and I am confident that they will do lots of good with it in the future.
Again our time together was very full.
As a group
or in pairs
we had very touching moments
and learned a lot.
We had fun
in circle
and in the breaks.
Participants from different age groups
and from everywhere
enjoyed 
each other.
I was often deeply moved
and I had so much fun
during the amazing work I am allowed to offer.
No matter if with the work of Byron Katie
or in extremely dynamic meditations
we enjoyed the work.
The food that was again made and offered with love was a dream
and I especially indulged in the German delicacies.
I will miss my dream team
my friends
and my German SOL family.
But I only need to close my eyes and you will all be with me…where ever I am at the moment. Thank you all!

Der diesjährige Kreis von Trainings und Workshops schließt sich mit dem Spirit of Light Training Teil 2
Der neue Teil der Spirit of Light Familie ist jetzt bereit, die Clearing Arbeit in die Welt hinaus zu tragen!
Alle haben ihre ganz eigene Art gefunden, Clearings zu machen
und werden sicherlich in Zukunft viel Gutes damit tuen
Wieder war unsere gemeinsame Zeit im Training erlebnisreich.
Wir haben als Gruppe
und in Paaren
bewegende Augenblicke gehabt,
und viel gelernt.
Wir hatten Spaß
im Kreis
und in den Pausen.
Teilnehmer aller Altersgruppen
und von überall
freuten sich mit
und aneinander.
Ich war oft so berührt
und hatte unheimlich viel Spaß
während der wunderbaren Arbeit die ich leiten darf.
Ob bei der Byron Katie Arbeit
oder extrem dynamischen Bewegungsmeditationen
wir haben die Arbeit genossen!
Das Essen das uns wieder mit Liebe zubereitet und gebracht wurde war wieder einmal ein Traum
und vor allem ich habe die deutschen Köstlichkeiten genossen.
Ich werde mein Traumteam,
meine Freundinnen
und meine deutsche SOL Familie vermissen.
Aber ich brauche ja nur die Augen zu schließen und dann seid Ihr alle mit mir….wo auch immer ich gerade bin. Danke an Euch alle!!!!

Dieser Workshop wurde geboren, um Brücken zwischen Mann und Frau zu bauen, um die Dynamik zwischen den Geschlechtern zu erforschen und Verständnis und Heilung zu ermöglichen. Es war ein großes Risiko für mich, diesen neuen Worskop anzubieten und glücklicherweise hat es sich gelohnt. Dank meiner Führung und Spirit!
Wir hatten so eine tolle Zeit zusammen.
Ungefähr ein Drittel der Teilnehmer waren Männer und wir hatten 7 Paare dabei.
Es spielte keine Rolle ob sich die Paare erst vor einigen Wochen getroffen hatten und die Liebe noch frisch und vibrierend war
ob sie schon eine Weile zusammen waren
oder schon sehr lange. Heilung war für alle möglich
und ist auf vielen Ebenen passiert.
und auf viele verschiedene Weisen
und natürlich nicht nur für die Paare, sondern für alle von uns.
Jeder war am Heilungsprozeß beteiligt
und Unterstützung war immer da wenn es nötig war.
Verbindung geschah auf so vielen Ebenen
und auf so viele verschiedene Weisen.
Ja, wir haben Brücken gebaut!
Und das hat Lachen in unsere Gesichter gezaubert.
Zusammen zu arbeiten war eine Freude
Frauen haben immer mehr Licht ausgestrahlt,
Männer wurden immer präsenter
und von einem Raum der Liebe und Öffnung
kam Dankbarkeit
Glück und totale Freude.
Mein Team und ich feiern den Erfolg dieses neu geborenen Workshops!
Vielleicht wirst Du ja im nächsten Jahr auch dabei sein?!

This workshop was designed to build bridges between men and women, to explore the dynamic between genders and find understanding and healing. It felt like a big risk for me to offer this weekend and luckily it paid off, thanks to my guidance and to spirit!
We had an extraordinary time together
About a third of the participants were men and we had 7 couples who joined us on our adventure.
It didn’t matter if they had just met weeks ago and the love was still fresh and buzzing
or if they were together for a while
or a very long time. Healing happened for everyone
and on all levels
and of course healing didn’t only happen for the couples this weekend.
Everyone was involved in the healing process,
support was there when needed
and connection happened on many levels.
and in different ways.
Yes, we did build bridges!
which brought smiles to our faces.
Working together was a delight.
Women became more radiant,
men were fully present and available
and from a space of heart and love
we all ended being utterly grateful
and delighted.
My team and I are celebrating the success of this new born workskop!
So maybe next year YOU will join us?!

WOW! We had such a fabulous Training. Working with the Inner Child brought us into unbelievable depth and so many things touched us to the core. We all went home totally fulfilled and happy.
Already while we were preparing for the weekend Sonja and I had the feeling that this would be an extraordinary time and we were so looking forward to it.
It became apparent after a very short time that everyone was willing to go to the most hidden places.
So much healing happened in the group
and of course meditation was always part of working and integrating.
We explored healing techniques by ourselves
and as a group
and so much intimacy was possible.
Loving connection was part of it as well as
supporting each other.
As usual we were spoiled by our ayurvedic cooks with the most delicious food
and our inner children were allowed to play outside.
Laughing was part of the daily program.
Yes, we laughed a lot
and we laughed some more
we held each other
and had fun.
After a deep initiation
happiness was tangible and visible in our eyes.
Of course we danced this weekend
and enjoyed our breaks.
and that is what I am doing now. I am happily looking forward to a break and then the next weekend. Thank you everyone!

WOW! Was ein super tolles Training wir hatten. Die Kindheitsarbeit im 5. Teil des Trainings hat uns in unglaubliche Tiefen geführt und viele Dinge in uns bewegt. Wir sind alle erfüllt und total beglückt nach Hause gefahren.
Schon in der Vorbereitungsphase hatten Sonja und ich das Gefühl, daß dies ein ganz besonderes Wochenende werden würde und haben uns so darauf gefreut.
Schnell zeigte sich die Bereitschaft aller Teilnehmer sich ganz einzulassen.
In der Gruppe geschah so viel Heilung.
Meditation war natürlich immer Teil der Arbeit und half bei Integration.
Einzeln
und gemeinsam erforschten wir energetische Heilarbeit
und erlaubten so tiefe Begegnung und gegenseitiges Halten.
Liebevolle Begegnung gehörten ebenso dazu wie
sich einander unterstützen.
Wie immer sind wir von unseren ayurvedischen Köchen mit tollem Essen versorgt worden,
unsere inneren Kinder durften auch im Außen spielen
und Lachen war an der Tagesordnung.
Ja, wir haben viel gelacht
und gelacht
einander gehalten
und Spaß gehabt.
Nach einer tiefen Einweihung
sprühte das Glück aus allen Augen
getanzt haben wir natürlich auch.
und unsere Pausen genossen.
und das tue ich jetzt auch. Ich schaue ich glücklich einer Pause und dann dem nächsten Wochenende entgegen. Danke Euch allen!

Der erste Workshop in Deutschland 2011 war Mysterium des Lichtes in Büdingen. Es war eine kleine Gruppe, aber es war so magisch und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Auch der Abend vor dem Workshop war gut besucht und einfach schön. Danke an alle die gekommen sind und mit mir in die Reiche der Energien und Lichtwesen getaucht sind.

Relax with friends in a break of work
Singing with friends
Laughing in the midst of being used
Enjoying parties
Relaxing in the arms of a trusted friend
Shopping at the Farmers Market
Swimming in the ocean and opening up to the vastness of it
enjoying the view with friends in the hot tub
and just being crazy sometimes
That’s what I believe! Enjoy life!
